[Concordia] Contribution from EIfEL/Europortfolio and HR-XML Europass WG communities to Concordia

Thank you Marc for posting your use cases on the wiki. But I went to the
site and looked for them. I only found links to the June seminar and
October ePortfolio conference. I did not find use cases posted. Could you
clarify where the use cases are now posted? I think a good location for
them would be a sub-category here:
