As you can tell by our recent meeting cancellations the transition is taking longer than we expected. In the transition I have been elected to the Leadership Council which has met several times over the last two week. The Leadership Council reports to the Board of Trustees, creating a "bicameral" system of governance. Early Leadership Council discussions have covered Charter details, how to create/approve new Charters, Leadership representatives on the Board of Trustees, hiring the current Liberty staff into Kantara, etc. Getting these initial details right is important so I ask for your patience during this transition.
