Subject: [Sig-ia] New Identity Assurance SIG Co-Chair Announcement

We are very pleased to announce that Russ Cutler, FuGen Solutions, has
agreed to co-chair the Identity Assurance (IA) SIG.  Peter Alterman, NIH,
will continue to co-chair the IA SIG with Russ. Congratulations Russ!
