Few details:
- Would there be any way to get a copy of this draft either in word format
or at least with the outline in the PDF? I'm currently working with this
document and it's a little of a pain to navigate in it.
- The feedback form doesn't include this draft in the list of documents

Thanks for your email!  The work of the Identity Assurance Framework is now
all happening within the Identity Assurance Work Group (IAWG) within Kantara
Initiative.  The group's wiki is here:
http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/idassurance/Home

where you'll see links to the mail archive, how to join, etc.  This will be
ongoing work within this group and we'd welcome you joining.

With this transition, rights to create derivative works needed to be
granted.  Just yesterday, NTT submitted this specific work into the IAWG (as
a copyright owner that had worked on this within Liberty Alliance and as a
current IAWG member--thank you NTT!), so this gives me, as staff support,
the ability to add this into the drafts documents work space of this group.
I will, as such, get the Word version of this document accessible in there
no later than Sunday.

Hopefully this gives you what you need.  Again, we'd welcome your
participation here with us in this effort and look forward to feedback that
you may have on the SAC or any of the IAF documents.  You can direct this
feedback to the IAWG (wg-idassurance at kantarainitiative.org).  Thanks.
