Just finished reading this great post by Doc in project VRM.

This is not only a  great article but something I think could be a  
very hot topic for the development of VPI contract, it would be great  
to discuss involving this in the research effort for VPI, and perhaps  
something we can discuss in relation to the development of a Kantara  
task force involving multiple working groups for developing a VPI  
contract that works with Terms Of Service Agreements.   I believe that  
there are a few Kantara groups that might be interested in this,  
specifically, the UMA-Sig, and the WG-P3.

Any thoughts?
