From iain.henderson at mydex.org Tue May 5 03:49:27 2009 From: iain.henderson at mydex.org (Iain Henderson) Date: Tue, 5 May 2009 11:49:27 +0100 Subject: [Sig-vpi] Call this week - cancelled/ Upcoming Face to Face meeting(s) Message-ID: <5B7BF69B-A652-4AF1-8EC7-47C5AF0FB5E1@mydex.org> Hi Folks, I suggest we cancel the call this week in favour of face to face work at the upcoming VRM workshop (15th & 16th), at IIW (18, 19 , 20), and potentiallon on Sunday 17th. I'm still working with Joni to get the IPR issues sorted out in advance of the face to face sessions; i'll update the list in advance of that. I'm proposing we run either or both of: 1) A call for participation, where we set out the work done to date, the proposed steps and invite others to join. (we don't need IPR agreements signed for this to happen) 2) Detailed working sessions, where anyone who want to introduce relevant IP can do so, knowing that it is then covered by the group IP policy (i'll be donating a chunk of previous work on personal data stores for example). Could anyone on the list who intends to be at either the VRM workshop or at IIW let me know and i'll put together a sub-list to get into the logistics for that. I'm off on holiday for 10 days from tomorrow; so Joni will send out an invite to the list when the IP policy sign up process is up and running. I'll be back on 11th June and will be in touch to arrange the first call shortly thereafter. In its development to date, we've been mindful of the work done here and think they will be complementary.
