[Sig-wsh] Telecon to discuss TEG proposal for TC submissions?

Folks-- I'm sorry that this list has been so quiet.  Key people have  
been busy on other things.  The good news is that TEG now has a  
proposal in front of it for an ID-WSF spec submission strategy; you  
can see the news here, but you need a Liberty login to get the slides:

I spoke to Brett yesterday, and he suggested we could hold a SIG-WSH  
call to explain the outlines of the proposal and see if there's any  
input.  Comments have been requested before Oct 28, when TEG will be  
holding another call to finalize this.

I have very limited time this week to host a call because I'm on the  
road, and I have no time next week because I'm on vacation.  I'm  
hoping this group can self-organize prior to Oct 28 with Brett -- and/ 
or Conor, who's very familiar with it and has made some comments  
already here:

Failing a call before the comment cutoff, shall we try to get together  
for a call in November to discuss the result/aftermath and to discuss  
next steps for our SIG?  I would particularly like to discuss Søren  
Peter Nielsen's input received in September (and apologize to him for  
not acknowledging this input earlier!).
